Little Riley Rieser, 3, died in an Oct. 31, 2013, house fire after his stepdad was stopped from reentering the house to try and save the boy. All he wanted to do was rescue his young stepson from the burning house he'd just escaped, but police used a Taser on the desperate dad several times during the Oct. 31, 2013 fire. Little Riley
