A video showed Sunday officers shooting a Black man Saturday as he walked and crawled away from them in the U.S. city of Los Angeles.

Nicholas Robertson was killed by Los Angeles deputies with more than 30 bullets as the officers emptied multiple rounds on him, the eyewitness video from a nearby building showed. The video does not show him reaching for a weapon.
Police say they came to the scene following an emergency call that claimed a man was firing shots in the air in the street. Robertson pointed the gun at the officers, the police statement claimed.
However, the video shows that the moment the officers began to shoot, the man was walking away from them towards a gas station. He can later be seen crawling away, however, the police continued shooting at him.
