Donald Trump looks like he may outdo the Obama administration when it comes to deportations, with families across the U.S. themselves for a surge in ICE raids unlike anything seen before. Although some communities are fighting back, many undocumented immigrants are now in danger of being detained and deported.
Mass deportations became a routine occurrence under the Obama administration. According to a report from the Miami Herald, during the first seven years of Obama's presidency “more than 2.7 million foreign nationals were deported.” From Jan. 20, 2009 to Sept.
