House Majority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana was among several people shot Wednesday when a gunman opened fire at a congressional baseball practice, law enforcement officials say. Two police officers and three others were also reportedly wounded in what authorities say was a “deliberate attack.” The lone gunman, identified as James T.
