In the wake of a factory collapse in April 2013, the series explored the nation’s garments industry. “Slave Industry: A year on from Rana Plaza” was a follow up documentary to critically acclaimed “Bangladesh in Crisis” special report: “Ethical Fashion.” “Slave Industry: A year on from Rana Plaza” has been shortlisted for ‘International investigative documentary television’ of the year at the Association of International Broadcasting awards.
